Workshop: The Art of the Brownfields Deal

This interactive session features a panel of experts in brownfields redevelopment (consultant, attorney, banker, developer) to provide insight to successful brownfields redevelopment. Brownfields legislative/resources, insurance recovery process, and development strategy basics will provide LEDOs with initial steps towards tackling sites, avoiding pitfalls, and understanding timing/financing of these deals.
