The Board of Directors of the Washington County Economic Growth Partnership is seeking candidates for the open position of Executive Director.

Washington County is located in south central Indiana, a part of the Louisville MSA. Washington County is a member of both the South Central REDO, a LEDO-led regional economic development group, as well as Radius Indiana, a fully-staff regional economic development organization. Washington County is a part of the Our Southern Indiana RDA and READI region.

Washington County is a rural county with a population of 28,025. Manufacturing is the largest economic sector in the county, employing 19.1% of the workforce. The county seat is Salem.
